Have you ever felt to highlight a customer?

Have you guys felt to highlight a customer in a bigger picture, in some other platform because I’m not sure you cannot do anything out here, especially if your target of concerned is the customer itself, who pays you for your service.

When a customer is not intellectual or doesn't talk any sense regarding their order or in a situation where, you need to talk with the customer that regarding the order they have purchased and
when you message them, they don’t respond to your message.

How do you guys tackle such situations ?

I have on a few occasions come across someone who has placed an order with me who doesn't make any sense at all in what they want. It's really difficult to deal with these situations because you do not want to come across as rude but then at the same time you need to understand what they mean to be able to fulfil the order. Most of the time I do go back to them and I do ask them if they could be more specific about what they want but a lot of the time they never come back to me, when that is the case I usually cancel the order on mutual agreement.
