Is it possible to use one Payoneer card for Withdraw from two account?

One of my cousin work in seocheckout. He has no Payoneer Master card. He want to use his elder brothers Payoneer card, but his brother already work in seocheckout. Is it possible to use One Payoneer card in two Seocheckout Account? Please help.
