    As far as i can remember, i withdraw all my earnings in Seocheckout but i can see i still have $4 left. and it seem like i can't withdraw this.

    is there a way i can get this $4?

    First,,make sure :
    All your money is cleared and approval administrator,check your revenue...if Cleared funds available for withdrawal or purchasing,you can payout all available..

    It might be because your level 1, and are only allowed a certain amount of withdraws per month at level 1.
