Marketing and subject titles be negative seems to work ?

Hi Guys and Girls ok i'm a newbie to all this and trying to get round what works and what doesn't to my surprise i found this what do you think and whats your experience.

I had the same product same text from the vendor the only thing that changed was my title text, this works on email, twitter, facebook that i have tried so far with much the same results.

Title text 1 Fix all your problems in 4 seconds at a click of the mouse, to start with i was getting around 28 hits a day
(not much for the above marketing but i'm finding out the hard way as i'm a newbie)

Titile text 2 This product makes me redundant !!! i'm getting around 120 + hits a day.

When i say hits i mean people who have clicked on the link to my affiliate link. Ok not made a single sale on any of them as yet so i may need to look further into engaging adverts that make the punter say yes i want this product. I have been reading this forum for some time and seen some great examples of getting there links noticed blackhat and whitehat some making 1000's of links a day but yet they haven't had a single sale. To start of with i thought if they can't make a sale after doing all that whats the chance of me selling something, then it hit me there has to be a problem with the way its been marketed lets face it with 120 hits a day if its something popular it should sell like hot cakes?

I know some will jump and say how can you make anything with so few hits but if you have a good product sold the right way even with 120 hits you should be making sales right ? Having a bad advert with 1000's of hits a day isn't going to make money either.

I would love to hear your views and experiences on the above.

Kind regards

I googled for a certain plugin that WSO was offering, for some reviews... & i saw a header which depicts "scams etc", I click on it... Hmmm.... It's an affiliate promoting it & warn people of possible scams out there *roll eyeballs*

But conclusion: Works, but dont use it too often... Haha
