Hi guys,
I am a level 1 user.
I have $26 in my account, but i have a doubt that can i withdraw that money or not.
Can any one help me that can i withdraw that money or not.
and can any one help that how can i change my level.
I need to improve my level, so please help me.

You'll want to head over to the balance page: https://www.seocheckout.com/balance?tab=sales - You'll find a 'BALANCE' link to it in the menu that appears from clicking your username in the top right of the navigation.
You'll find a green 'Withdraw your earnings' button on that page, just make sure you have set your payment details in your Settings area first: https://www.seocheckout.com/settings - You will a 'SETTINGS' link in that same menu mentioned previously.
Your withdrawal restrictions/limits are based on your User Level: https://www.seocheckout.com/userlevels/
