If a person doesnt leave feedback how long does it take to clear?

if a person doenst leave feedback on a job how long does it take to clear for the balance?

The order will be marked as complete in 5 days. For level 1 users, you would have to wait 9 days for your money to be cleared and ready to use after the service has been completed.

up to 5 days . but when same use order from me again i will delay him like he delay me lol

yes there is 2 seperate time periods... for level 1 users if you buyers mark completed your order then you have to wait 9 days to clear your payment.... and if your buyer do not mark completed your order or nor leave feedback.... then its first take 5 days to completed this order and then 9 more days for clearing fund
