Something new happened

Hi, this morning when i tried to access my dashboard i was asked to provide my card information, i've seen for sellers now they will be charged 10% of the sales they make, and this will be through my bank account, is this true, or i'm mistaken?

if you know the answer, i will appreciate if you share, God bless you Something new happened

You're mistaken, it's 10% + $2.3 Per Order. Supposedly this applies only for the "direct" payments, not the usual 'balance' payments for which there is another marketplace fee (30%). I asked the Staff the following questions which still are not answered with the "new rules" they described, so once I get definite answers I will post them as a reply:

btw, If the 2nd sentence of my previous paragraph turns out to be the truth, then it answers my 1st question and the 4th one as well.

(1)
"When you list and sell services on seocheckout, we charge selling fees. The fee is 10% of the total amount of sale plus $2.30."

This means for any order I will receive as a seller, REGARDLESS which payment method is used by the client, Seocheckout will charge $2.3 + 10% simply for receiving an order on this marketplace. Correct ?

-------------------------------------------

(2)
"Service fee charges are non-refundable even if you do not complete the order.".

A)
The client himself says "Sorry, I made a wrong order, please cancel", this time I shouldn't accept that request because I will be charged fees ($2.3 + 10%) for the order, and cancelling it will just cost ME money. So I'll just be forced to deliver the order without doing any work and suffer the client's wrath of constantly rejecting the delivery, or else if we mutually cancel the order I will still be charged the new fees for the order I've received. Correct ?

B)
Same case if the client doesn't read and follow the Instructions, I better proceed doing my job even if that costs me a negative review later as a weapon of revenge, because if I cancel it I will be charged with the new fees. Correct ?

C)
Hypothetically - what if someone creates one hundred $3 orders, and demands to cancel the orders. I better not comply because I will be charged 100 * ($2.3 + 10%, which is a lot of money) for nothing. Correct ?

-------------------------------------------

(3)
"We'll aggregate the amount due until it is $30 or more and charge the total amount due at once.

Will I be able to see the current "aggregated amount" at any time, and where ?

-------------------------------------------

(4)
"This fee will not apply to orders made via balance."

What fee, many different fees are mentioned there Something new happened Does it refer to the line above it ? "If you allow affiliates to collect more than the standard fee, you'll be charged for this at the same time."

-------------------------------------------

(5)
"You agree to be charged to the card entered for future seller fees of 10% of the total plus $2.30 per order."

At the moment, and I have no idea what my clients are doing or how they're paying, I receive $2.7 out of each $3 sale. So how the quoted sentence applies here ? If I understand correctly, this time I will receive $3 of each $3 sale, and then Seocheckout will charge me their $2.3 + 10% from my card. Correct ?

Until 2 days back, beverly mentioned that the seller gets 100% if it is direct payment. now suddenly a new change. We dont have no problem in Seocheckout charging 0.30$ + 10% of the sale. In order for the marketplace to survive, Seocheckout need commssion. Thats completely understandable.

What i dont understand is that if the buyer wants to cancel due to some reasons, we give refund and still charge me 10% plus 0.30$. If we say we wont refund due to the fees, the buyer will either give a bad review or open a dispute in paypal or airtm to get refund. In all ways we will loose. Since it is a direct payment, the seller has to bear all the consequences of order cancellations. Hope We receive a proper communication from support team on this.

Not sure why you're using $3 sale as example, as $10 is now the minimum. But the rest of your questions hold.

it's a service as old as time Something new happened The service is still active, and will be. I just can't possibly make a modification on it because a warning for the price will appear too and won't let me save the changes without modifying the price to $10 as well. You can check my profile to see it, I guess I am not allowed to post a link here.

Frustrated with the new system. I added PayPal it got limited due to dispute I had to refund again a dispute. Then PayPal asked me for million of verification for each orde. I changed the PayPal now still all orders are going on old PayPal and I cannot cancel because of this 10% new rule. !!!!! Getting frustrated from Seocheckout each day.
