I think there are lot of things with SEO none of us know. And some of the basic SEO tasks need to be handled the right way. And on that note I'd say that business can be really hard. I think making and breaking business does take time. And SEO can be really a big game changer on that part. I'd say that SEO is not going to be that easy there.

As a game changer, SEO is changing the landscape of the traffic coming into websites. Unlike before when SEO was unheard of, the sites depend on the connections for the needed traffic. But now using SEO methods can get you more traffic provided you know how to do SEO work properly otherwise you can hurt your site. I agree that SEO can make or break your business.

Indeed there are many people who make use of the SEO and social media for better branding. There are lot of people working full time on the content. And they seem to be getting more links and traffic. So one should be consistent with their approach on the SEO and social media.

SEO is important for the success of every business but overdoing it can also have disastrous consequences. Nowadays we can easily learn SEO from the internet or from books. However, there is a difference between learning and actually applying it in a real situation. We must always think about the consequences of our actions before doing something.

SEO is important to make sure that your site is visible to any potential visitors. However what I don't like about the whole practice is that Google keeps changing their algorithm and changing the way sites are ranked. If your not a SEO professional it's a bit tedious and I find it very hard to keep up. In my opinion it's better to outsource your SEO and concentrate on other things.

After my failed attempt at search engine ranking, I am changing my focus to other traffic sources. If you want to get search engine traffic, your website needs to stand top on SERP. IN order to do that you need to build backlinks from trusted sites and optimize website with proper keywords. However, there is no guarantee that despite your SEO effort, your website will reach on the top. It might reach but soon your competitor will outsmart you. Therefore, you should change your focus from search engine traffic to social media marketing or email marketing.

I agree to your point that you should not depend solely on SEO. Sometimes SEO can bring you a lot of walk in viewers but that doesn’t they will stay for good. Besides, SEO is a come-and-go affair that now your site is ranked on the first page and tomorrow it is down on Page 3. Think and do of other marketing ways and means to get good traffic to your site. Better yet, promote yourself in social media, that’s the best you can do.

I never thought SEO can break the business too. Now I understand why some website owners prefer to build their websites slowly, perhaps throughout a few months, instead of launching everything at one go. I think it might be better not to use software to create backlinks too, am I right? There are really so much to learn in this SEO industry, I agree that we should not only focus on SEO, but we should also promote our business in other ways too.
