    Google and bing are two different search engines with different ranking algorithms... so there is actually no link between google and bing ranking. Your google ranking may come back if you are doing some good backlinking

    My guess is that your website had violated a policy of Google. I am not well versed with the violations but I have read about black hat and gray hat SEO which can make your website be suspended by Google. But for a consolation, that high ranking in Bing means your website is pretty good in terms of SEO. However, you still have to find out why it has a problem with Google’s search list.
