Business logo or slogan tattoos..

Logo/Slogan Tattoos. - Good, Bad and/or Stupid Advertising?

Hey guys!

  • What do you think about this?

Let's say you met Jordan and he had a Seocheckout or Ionicware tattoo on his arm or whatever.. - How would that make you feel? - Would you be curious to know what Ionicware was, in case you never heard of it, or would you think it was a stupid move of getting a tattoo like that?

We all know it, tattoos are very common these days and people are getting tattoos of literally anything.. Like this one guy got a McDonald's tattoo:

I mean, this is just pure insane in my opinion, but at the same time, a rather cool way of doing advertising, don't you think? Logo/Slogan Tattoos. - Good, Bad and/or Stupid Advertising?

I would personally never do something like this.. Or, perhaps I would, in case I had a company like Facebook or something similar. But I'd never do something like this for something rather "unknown" so to speak.

- What about you? Logo/Slogan Tattoos. - Good, Bad and/or Stupid Advertising?

Well I certainly won't get a MacDonalds tattoo like that, that's for sure.

I think it may be quite cool depending on what you do. Imagine your business goes bang then you've got this permanent reminder tattooed on you ROFL. Oh the shame right?

No I don't think I would get a tattoo of my company logo on me thanks. I do have some tattooes but nothing along those lines.

I might one day have my husband and kids names tattooed on me though. I like that idea for some reason.

The tattoo advertising would depend on the kind of product or service that you are selling. For common businesses like fast food or consumer items like food, I don’t think the tattoo advertising is appropriate. It would look silly to advertise a brand of chicken drumstick with a tattoo. I guess it is just a novelty for now but later on they will realize that it’s a foolish way of advertising. Maybe the intention is to post it on Youtube for it to go viral and get noticed. Just like that.
