How can I boost my sales?

My sales are very slow and I have used daily bumps but they have done nothing to help me earn more or get new business. What can I do to generate more sales?

I wold suggest promoting your services outside of the marketplace. Try social media marketing and also telling friends and family about your services. I know from past experience social media marketing can do wonders and I highly recommend it to boost your sales.

Hi franklin7 thanks for your question. felling good that you already know how to use bump. Could you tell me do you use free bump or paid bump? If you use free bump that may not much effective. I should suggest to you for using paid bump. If you used paid bump, your service will bump 2 times per 12 hours. Besides, you will get 4 hours highlight free for specific category. And Seocheckout also provide featured services. Like category featured for $75 and permanent featured for $575. If you able to use any of featured service, I am sure, you will boost so many sales.

I suggest you try to offer some of your services at a discounted rate. Put them on sale for a limited period, so as to encourage buyers to place an order. You could also introduce new services and try to get in touch with past clients and let them know what you are offering, either new services, or special discounts. This could greatly boost sales for some time. Try to come up with something that your buyers may be looking for. For example, I offer writing services and I noticed that most of my buyers wanted to order in bulk, so I introduced article packages, which were quite a hit.

Why don't you start a Facebook page for your services start off with some Facebook advertising and build up your fans. I have found Facebook advertising cheap and easy to work and suit my budget. You can also start and stop your ads as you need, plus target people in specific areas/ gender/interests etc.

And of course you can do it all without paid ads but it will be easier to get started with a few ads.

Oh yeah ok I gotcha. What a bummer! What about creating a website for yourself? Then you can write posts and share those on social media?

I do that and it works quite nicely for me. Not necessarily for Seocheckout as I have only just started working on affiliate sales here, but there are loads of social networks that don't allow affiliate links and yes Facebook can be a pain in the ass with adding some links. Having you own website makes this problem disappear.

Besides having a website also adds to your credibility and you can get so many more customers!

Oh and I see you added a nice profile picture of yourself! Nice. I am sure you didn't have that one before?

I think a profile picture really makes a big difference with trust. I am only a buyer here and I like being able to see who I am dealing with.

Oh and never put a sexy woman there with her boobs hanging out, it doesn't do it for me. I will never buy from some tart that does SEO How can I boost my sales? I've seen loads of people doing that and I am like wtf?? Haha

I suggest you edit your services a little. Format that text, make it more appealing to buyers.
Post an info graph inside the service description or just have a look at popular buyers and notice how they are formatting they're service descriptions.

As far as I can tell you are pretty active seller, with good ratings. Don't give up, I also suggest you put some of your service "on-sale" - you are surely gonna get some new orders with "on sale" tag.

Oh my Franklin, I just had a look at your services and in one of them you said Gogole instead of Google in the heading. Unless I am really stupid and there is such a thing as Gogole that is like a deal killer for me. Just based on that I wouldn't buy from you.

I don't mean that to sound awful because I have made a similar mistake before and one of my readers contacted me and told me about it (how embarrassing!). But making a mistake like that in a heading is oh so not good.

I agree, work on making your profile titles, your descriptions and your images top notch. I would also suggest changing the prices of your really cheap services like the $3 one. I usually hate seeing $3 services. It says to me that either the service is cheap as in bad quality or that the seller is desperate for sales and has low self worth. Maybe change that to $6 or $10?

Yes I know there are probably lots of people that think differently to me, but you also need to decide who you choose to work with How can I boost my sales? Some buyers are cheap and act cheap too. There are not just quality sellers, there are quality buyers.

You need to decide which market you cater for How can I boost my sales?
