    Want to earn with email marketing, but don't want to become a spammer. Everything should be legal ... is any mentor out there for me?

    Laws are different for every country and you can abide all laws and still spam its just costlier, however spamming is not good as CTR is low and your ip/address gets flagged. The success of your email marketing campaign mainly depends on your mailing list, most of the time its better to build your own because legit lists cost decent amount of money most people who sell 500k 1mil email have all crappy mail address and half will bounce and very low open rate...
    do you have your mailing list+sales pitch in place?

    Build list using various social platform, then position your product/ services as value addtion
    This will bring more targeted users, which inturn will bring more business

    You need to find out the laws guiding your country to ensure that whatever you do does not violate the online laws that are in existence. I would suggest going with Google research to find out more.

    IN order to do email marketing, you need an email list. If you do not have a list, there will be no email marketing. There are people and agencies that sell email list. However, when you are buying the list, you do not know whether the people on the list are actually interested in your content, products, or services. Therefore, you will have to build list manually. You need to encourage people to subscribe your products and services voluntarily.
    Once you have the list, you will have to create an account on mass email service. I recommend mailchimp. It is free as long as you send less than 2000 emails.

    Sending an email to a person you don’t know is spamming per se. However, there are spam emails that I read because it is interesting. So maybe if you can create a creative email in promoting your business then you will not be charged with spamming.
