Forum promotion for your Seocheckout affiliate links

Have you been able to advertise your Seocheckout affiliate link via forum signature on other sites? Just wondering as some forums have a policy against affiliate links. If so, how did you work around the affiliate link rule?

I have my affiliate link in quite a few of my forum signatures, I have had a not bad amount of affiliates from those signature links, so i back the method of signature advertising for your Seocheckout affiliate links. These are all Text Link, i don't really use the banners that must except on my own websites. Digital Point's rules are far too strict, they give warnings out for replying on a thread someone helped you in to say thanks to them for the help. I was posting as normal as I also do on all forums and just kept picking up warnings. Their forum is very active and I do like the theme, but I cant post freely on it anymore with constantly checking my posts for every single little infringement as it will be dealt with do the letter regardless. I have 1 warning point left until I get banned and have done nothing bad at all.

Yeah, things that are just simple mistakes that anyone can do (even the most rule abiding member) and it gets warnings. I understand about them being strict with their No Exchanging Likes rules, but when it comes to posting a thread I the wrong section (especially when they have loads of sections) or thanking someone should not e dealt with so strictly. I don't use my affiliate link in signatures. It's too "dangerous" to gamble. You could however, link to your own blog/site and have your affiliate links on your own site instead. That's not against the rules on any forums I've seen, but it's not as good either.

About digitalpoint... I had my account more than a year. I had about 500 posts or something which was helpful and I think they were contributing. One day, I got banned. 3 whole months, for nothing. The reason was "spam" ... I eagerly waited for these 3 months to pass and when I finally logged in again, after these 3 months, I got a permanent ban as a welcome gift, without doing a thing. I've never visited that forum again and I never will.
