Advice To Sellers In Particular New Ones PLEASE READ!!

Hi All,

I have been a buyer on Seocheckout for the last few months and purchase various projects on a daily basis spending between $10.00 to $150.00 a day, so buy a lot of services.

Over the last month or so I have become very frustrated with a large number of sellers who promise to complete projects in a certain time or way and then don't bother. They literally don't bother and after waiting five days for a project to be completed you are met with a wall of silence! They give you no updates, promise projects they cannot do and then offer to refund you 1 % should it not be done!

By this happening it causes my work to customers to be late, I have to fully refund my customers and in turn get negative feedback...not quite fair..

So I thought I would put some tips together to help those newbies out there selling gigs... Its my Christmas Rant...

1. Only advertise what you can deliver- i.e. 5000 You Tube Views in 48 hours... If you cannot do 48 hours don't say you can.

2. If you are going to be late with a project let the buyer now as soon as possible- DONT wait five days, let them know, apologise and offer to get it done or refund.

3. You need customers, offer a 100% refund if not completed on time, I recently dealt with a seller who offered a 2% refund- I actually received .2 cents back! Its ridiculous !

4. Keep the Buyer updated- Keep your Gigs real and deliver on time...

Happy Christamas!

Great tips! You should look at a users average delivery time when ordering. This will give you an indication of when they actually deliver vs what they claim.

Great tips, it is frustrating when this happens and it has happened to me before and had to get staff on here to cancel it for me. Luckily it isn't very often this happens.
