Why Can't Sellers Create Coupon Codes for NEW MEMBERS Only??

I think it would REALLY help bring new members here if Sellers could Create Coupon Codes to give out to People while promoting their service (which would include their Affiliate Link).

I noticed the Coupon Code becomes a PUBLIC FEATURE on your service which is pretty much the same as just Marking a service on Sale.

But if we can create PRIVATE Coupon Codes, the Seller would gain a new Affiliate, the Newcomer would get a Good Deal with their Discount, and seocheckout would get Promotion!!

Especially with Facebook's new "Offer/Event" Feature for Pages as seen below:

Sellers, in case you didn't know, you can include your Affiliate Link in your Gig's URL (go to your Affiliate Page under the "Seller" tab to see how)

Only you can see the coupon code (the owner of the gig). It is not visible to the public/guests on your gig. In order for anyone to use it, you must give it to them via email, forum posts, threads, facebook offer, etc.

Some of the sellers I've seen using this option will only give their coupon to members once they are listed as an affiliate under their account. This works extremely well.
