You could write short summaries of your current freelance related work and link to sites you are working on. Or, you could publish screenshots of your positive reviews from your freelance clients. Just a few ideas to get you started.

Linking to reviews from satisfied customers (such as posted on your Google+ page) will establish your credibility. Provide links and samples of product so your potential customers can see the quality you are offering.

Building a community around your Seocheckout and freelancer's brand, rather than simply talking generically about your niche. These are ways to properly use Google+ to promote your freelancer services.

Feature one unique service or discount every day from your Seocheckout profile. Don't just link to the page, but talk about why a potential customer should click through and sign up. People think in terms of "what's in it for me".

If you're offering a coupon for new sign ups who use your link, then this is a good place to mention it. Just be sure the person actually uses your link to sign up and you can find them in your affiliate down line before giving the coupon.

Try out Google+ groups as they are integrated with the Google+ page and profile and you could even cross post your content in that way for more clients and exposure of your services.

Hangouts is really good for demonstrating products and talking about your services with your potential clients and allows you to create online sales presentations for those who might be interested in your service.

It’s good if you have a lot of connections in Google Plus because from what I have read, it is just like Facebook. However, I have been asking my writer friends for their Google Plus account and it seems that no one has an account there so I am hesitating in creating an account. It’s free, all right, but what would I do if I don’t have friends there? Maybe I can start a new network but not really now because I don’t have much time to establish my presence.
