    I run my companies G+ page- we have different contributors. When we post our blogs- how do we link/tag them to the post-- with the rel author tactic? please answer

    Yes it surely does, Google loves G+ links. It is actually as important as an Backlink. Try getting as many you can. Also if you are making your google + account with the same email as your blog name it also affects so much.
