    Has your forum ever been in legal trouble?

    And, if so, what was the cause and resolution? Was the legal action started by a forum member or related to the technical admin side of forum management (such as forum license, etc)?

    I have a blog, not forum. And, so far, not legal troubles. Then again, I write and publish my own content. I've never borrowed content from another site. And, I'm always sure to get proper permissions before using a photograph or at least give credit where due on photos when they are allowed to be shared on blogs.

    I do not have one yet but I sure hope that I never have any legal issues that I have to work out. That would be a huge headache for me.
