Want to customize my website’s checkout page

I already have a website and hosting. I already completed the entire web designing part, the website is in Wordpress where as it’s based on Woo-Commerce themes. I am not a skilled web designer but I know little stuff like wordpress website designing and little other stuff related to web designing. My website is in Gambling Niche where You have to select your own Gambling numbers and have to enter how much amount you want to use to gambles that means it will change person to person and game to game but I don’t know how to do that.


I am planning to hire an expert who can do this. I am providing Rough images how the checkout page should look like. Please go through it and let me know how much it will cost me (I will not prefer Hourly payments) I will only prefer Fixed payments means how much will you charge to do that much of works. This is a one Time work If It works then I can assign you for long term to maintain my website on daily ongoing basis. So please suggest genuine and affordable payments for this work
