Help installing programs

I need help understanding how to use the following programs.
1. Addmefast
2. Scrapebox
3. Atomic Email Sender

If you help me, I have several more programs that I'm going to be needing in the coming weeks and I will be exclusive to YOU! I need someone that will be ready right away. This is like Christmas morning for me! I've opened the gifts but I can't play with them.
