Design for 1 header, 2 below-header pages

Hello i have this :

Now, what i need is to keep the same structure, ( 1 header, same to both inside and login page ) and make it look presentable.

This is for a tax keeping company, so it needs to have a modern, open/nice color design, that when someone see he can say that this good and well done.

One more specification is that you should check the pdf table and how it responds to bigger/smaller screens and keep that in mind

Last but not least, i don't want this white spaces in the right and left sides of the pdf-table.

Requirements
