Wordpress dropship store with Ali plugin pro Theme is Javenist

I'm looking for someone to perfect my wp site.
I have some troubles like images I add with the alidrop pro plugin.
Images are not fully shown (Thumbnails I guess)
Also if you do a search in Google I want people to see what I posted in info.
I bought the Javenist theme from foresttheme.
Also social media but only twitter and facebook.
I'm also planning to post a blog from time to time about the products I'm selling.
Payment gateway is also required on the site.

I'm still adding the products and translation but that isn't the problem.
I want a fluent unique site that catches the eye.
Only serious bidders, already had a one who promised me to complete it but nothing happend.
Logo, banner is available.
Also for communication reasons understanding English is a must.

Requirements

-Theme is bought so needs to be fine tuned.
-Logo and banner needs to be added on the site.
-Setup payment gateway.
-Fine tune the alidropship plugin so when I import an item the photo's are the right size.
-Needs to be eye catching, a good communication between us is a must.
-If you lookup my site in google it must properly explain what it's about.
-Easy to be found with keywords.
-Auto email responder when the buyer has bought something he gets all the information.
-I also want to post a blog about a product once a week.
-Please read the discription properly!
-If you deliver good work, I will work with you again for future projects.
-I don't look at your level but I want a someone with experience.
