Please create Google Play developer account with your VCC or CC.
Account must be approved (up to 7 days from Google).
First send me a screenshot of approved account and login information.
Then delete CC or VCC data.

Please make sure that accounts are made:
- with different ip
- with different phone number not connected to another account
- with all cookies deleted, even flash cookies. I recommend app CCleaner to delete cookies
- I wouldn+t recommend Chrome and FF to create them, they are too tied to google
- if more accounts, each account with different CC or VCC
