Instagram Data Scraping

Hi there,

I'm searching for a talented data scraper, which can scrape for me on Instagram. I'm currently building up my accounts and need content. I'm using Mass Planner.

I will provide accounts and #hashtags for the content which I need, I also will provide a .csv file from Mass Planner where you can see what I need (check screenshot sample).

The amount of dataset is 1.000 entries.

Requirements

scraping fields are the posting of pictures and the text of the first poster
if in first posting no #hashtags included, the 2nd posting needs to be scraped
scraping should also integrate all emoticons, #hashtags and @username regarding copyright
in both cases the entry must be filled/pasted into the provided csv file format
no excel format accepted (use notepad or any texteditor like sublime text)
be aware to import in the posting text a comma (comma is seperator in csv files)
check also the first line of screenshot (titles are given)
integrating pictures as path into the csv file with correct filename
you should zip all pictures in one folder, every picture is related to an entry in the csv file
the select criterium is each 3 rows, the picture with most likes
