Website theme I'm looking for is something like DeviantArt but with Pixiv interface!

You must add a video gallery like YouTube but it can only go by MY rules not YouTubes terms of service.
(Besides its my website anyways).
My website must be for 18+ viewers & all ages.(I'll explain more in a private message)

The gallery folders & galleries must be all viewing as vertical NOT diagonal
I must be able to change the Thumbnails of both art galleries & video galleries.
