I want to know how to correct these items in Vive SEO for WP:

Keyword Density: 1.09%

Found title containing main keyword

No "H1" tag containing main keyword

No "H2" tag containing main keyword

No "H3" tag containing main keyword

Found "strong" (b) tag containing main keyword

No "em" (i) tag containing main keyword

No "alt" image tag containing main keyword

No internal link can be found

Requirements

I do not know what to do to fix the above issues and need very specific instructions how to do it so that I can do it my own.
