I need help on how to cancel an order, quickly.

I recently purchased this for my youtube account:

This transactions gives me 1050+ subscribers on youtube. After the night passed, i realised i no longer want 1050+ subscribers in a illegit way. So i attempted to cancel the order. The seller refused the cancelation, I attempted again and he hasnt replyed, but is still giving me the subscribers... Any help of how to cancel is quicker?
