Kindly advise how much SEO activities to be done

Dear Members,

Kindly advise how much of SEO activities have to be done in the below mentioned activities to get regular 200-300 visitors to the site and how much time will it take to get such amount of traffic-

Daily SEO Activities-
Answer yahoo questions
Submit Blog,squidoo,Hubs Lens
Blog Commenting
Social Marketing on Facebook & Twitter
Submitting Article to Article Directort
Directory Submission
Classified submission
Book mark the site
Forum Posting
Press Release
Video Submission
Guest Blogging
Link Exchange

My site link is given in the signature.I am also working on getting the site updated.

honestly even if you did all those seo techniques.. Regular visitors or visitors that will visit your site daily depends on your site's niche. you have to give users/people couple of reasons to come back.

My take on SEO activities is 30 minutes per day for the regular chore. But for the beginning when you have a new website it can be more than an hour. I don’t recommend doing SEO work for a long time every day because it will eat up most of your time and then you will be disappointed when the results could not be seen. Take note that the SEO work you have done today can take effect next week or next month or even for a longer time which depends on the indexing update of the search engines.

Agree with seozeehan, You need to have a reason for others to come which will increase your direct traffic. Your competitor's seo strategy is also important to consider.

One of the most important aspect in SEO seems to be missing. For me, content is the foundation of the SEO for the ranking of your website so no matter what activities you do with the keywords and the backlinks, I don’t think your page ranking will improve. Why don’t you upload new contents regularly? That would make a big difference with the SEO capability of your website especially if the content has substance.
