    HELP SELLER Requested cancellation!WHAT DO I DO?

    So the seller im buying from is requesting a cancellation but i had already payed what do i do? is he going to refund my money? if not what should i do ? Help because i ordered 2 different services from him but i guess one is not going through he said the twitter service isnt working thats why he is requesting cancelation

    If the seller is unable to perform the service, he is free to ask for mutual cancelation, which is more for the buyer's benefit. You can easily accept the mutual cancellation from the order url and then ask support for a full refund to your funding source.
