How Can I Remove Negative Feedback?

How can I remove negative Feed back from my account? One of my buyer mistakenly left negative feed back on my gig, so i contact him, he said no he left positive feed back so i sent him the link to the reply but from the message he left on the gig one would have know that he supose to leave positive feed back. So he said he don`t know how to go about that. Any solution on that?

Method 1: Tell the buyer to go to your service (Which the buyer purchase) scroll down a little till the buyer see his review there he can see an edit button click on that and revert it to positive from neg. review.

Other method:

Go here: http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

Submit a ticket and tell the order id there, explain everything give proof that the user want's to give positive review.

I think there is no way to remove your buyer nagetive feedback. 
I suggest you to please try to delivery good, quality & best service all time to your buyers in order to avoid your negative feedback.
Fast delivery of your service is most important.

negetive feedback is not remove now. I know it's very harmful to seo worker. But don't worry i think you should to talk this buyer. You want to order this buyer & next time he can positive feedback. When you delivered your order this time U want  positive feedback to every buyer.
