I an new here and want to start running some services here, I want to ask how much does it cost me to run a service here?
Also in the case where I use payoneer as my withdrawal option can I still receive orders from clients who use paypal? thanks

A service is free to create and Seocheckout takes a 20% commission on each sale.
For example:
If you create a service for $15, you'll get $13 and Seocheckout takes $4 in commission.
Buyers can pay for a service in several ways. Paypal, Credit Cards etc, and you as a seller don't receive? the funds until they've cleared, which means that you can withdraw your money after the clearing time, using any of the methods the site supports. So, the short answer for your question is yes. You can ?receive orders from any buyer.
