    Communication is one of the major key aspects for a freelancer to be successful. Communicate with your clients, update them regularly, be polite and honest. Other things that plays major roles would obviously be to provide high quality services at affordable costs. Deliver your services before deadline and keep your response time as low as you can.     I agree that when you are involved in a business, you have to give priority to your clients. Be honest with them and try to satisfy their experience with your business whether you are selling a product or providing a service. In my experience with my 2 businesses before, I have seen how a satisfied client would cling to you and even defend you in when a problem arises. That is because we have provided our best service and quality for the products that we sell.
