How to remove a negative feedback?

Hi,

A few hours ago I was forced to post a negative review. The seller not only delivered late but was rude, service was so bad I had to threaten cancellation in order to get the seller to deliver. The seller later apologized, and he sounded like he was really sorry. Anyway I told the seller if he cancels my orders and refunds I will be willing to remove my negative feeback,

Is it possible for the seller, even after the order is completed, to cancel and refund an order, and for the buyer to removed negative feedback? Like you can (or used to) on f¡verr?

Hi seocheckoutpros,

Once feedback has been left on an order you can Edit it by going to the Service page it is located on. You'll find an 'Edit' link to the right of the feedback.

If you wish for it to be actually deleted then you will need to contact the helpdesk: http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

Orders that are 'Completed' are not able to be canceled. If there is a problem with the order there is a 5 day period where you can Reject the work along with the mutual cancelation option. In addition there is always Seocheckout staff if things cannot be resolved between buyer and seller or with the tools provided.

if you want to  remove your negative  feedback then no need to remove .
here seocleckrs create new option to change feedback through gig page

hi,seocheckoutpros, you can not remove the negative feed back.it is Seocheckout rules.but you can the gig is add the create new operation.i advices that your work is finished the parfaitly.
