    Can we submit a same post or page to Google+ more than once?

    Hello Everyone,

    My question is clear in the title. Can we submit a same post or page to Google+ more than once? Will there be any negative effect if I do so and do we get any SEO or SERP benefits of Google+ submissions? Please share your ideas and experience.

    Yes, you can share a link multiple times and it will not have negative effect unless you are spamming the link. Social media submission has positive affect on website SEO.

    You can do it as many times as you want, of course if it's not spam or if it doesn't violate any of google+ rules. But submiting same link several times will start loosing its effect.

    It is possible to share a link many times in google+ but carefully about your link,do not share a spamming link.If you share a spamming link google band your account.So share a good and effective link.

    Yes you can submit it more than one. But don't submit the same link/post combination like every single day. If you want to submit same link more than once, then at least try to change up the title/post a bit.
