i delivered the order & user deleted his account. what should i do?

i delivered the order & user deleted his account. what should i do?

one buyer purchased 150k twitter followers. i delivered that order but before i mark as delivered buyer deleted his account & my order get canceled. what should i do? how to prevent this type of situation? please guide.

Hi parag4485,

If it likely they the user was fraudulent and had to be banned. Any orders they made would be cancelled in the process because of this.

seocheckout has an amazing algorithm for detecting fraud so it's rare when things like this will happen but it is a reality of the internet that it can happen.

You'll need to contact the helpdesk if you want more specific information, I am only speculating based on what you have said.

Please let me know url of the user, it can also possible that staff deleted his/her account for spamming or other, i think you can contact staff by submitting a ticket with his/her twitter account(where you provided 150k twitter followers)
