The buyer requests order cancellation after 90% completion of job. What to do?

The excuse that buyer ordered by mistake and asks the cancellation of the order after 90% completion of job.

If the cancellation is due to buyers problem, wheter rating will be effected or not?

If cancel the order by ourself with mutual understanding is there any negative rating ?

If cancel the order by forcefully what will be the impcat on our profarmance?

Often at times Buyers would buy a service and then not want the service any longer, or 'accidentally' ordered and want a cancelation when it's almost completed. You can use the mutual cancelation option which would have no negative effect on your rating. If you think this user is trying to scam you, please contact support and we'll do an investigation:

you don't have any effect on ratings because of cancelations. You can use mutual cancelation option without any doubt. You wont have any effect on ratings as long as you deliver your work on time or the problem is from the buyer end.

If the cancelation is as a result of buyer problem no negative impact on seller rating or when seller and buyer agree on mutual cancelation. But when seller force cancelation it will have negative rating on seller
