Address and Identification documents

Hi there,

I am new here and facing problem while filling/attaching "Address and Identification documents". Kindly correct me if I am wrong, I inserted my ID card front side picture in "Identity Document" and my house electric bill in "Address Document". Is that so??

Please guide me in this regard.

Are you posting because that did not work for you for verification or what is the actual problem you are facing? That should work to verify your identity.

Hi,

In fact, I received message "address verification document has been rejected" and reason for rejection: "The document submitted is not a valid/accepted address or identification document". This is surprising for me that I uploaded front side of ID Card whereas in address I uploaded House Gas Bill, in which the home address was quite visible.

Please help me in this regard and mention where I am doing mistake?

I'm also new here and was facing same problem, the ID card was not approving so I tried my passport which is accepted, hope that works for you too.
