what is the promotion on indexkings?

I can see the benefit on becoming level 2 is "promotion on indexking" but what is that? Help.

I don't know for sure, but I believe it's advertising within the thousands of links when someone index their urls on indexkings.com

It looks kind of like this:
1. www.urlurlurlurl.com
2. www.urlurlurlurl.com
3. www.urlurlurlurl.com
1000+ twitter followers for $3 (Your services)
4. www.urlurlurlurl.com
5. www.urlurlurlurl.com

And so on..
