    For getting level X you have to work very hard. It is manually selected by staff. It is depends upon your quality of your services. You are at level 3 and you will definite get level X by offering great services and clear track record.

    if you interested  to go to x  level you should be in  level 3 and you should be noticed by the staff members.

    The benefits if you are in x level
    1- can get all benefits of other groups
    2- cannot be demoted automatically
    3-can withdraw 999 times per 31 days
