What does it mean disallowed service?

I submitted two scripts but both were rejected as 'disallowed'. Please let me know what mistake I made and what is the solution for that.

Basic Image Enlarger Tool Script In HTML

I want to work here. Please give me tips for submitting an acceptable script or product so that I can sell.
