Where is my rating? Where is my money?

I have one review but my total rating is showing zero. Also, my balance is zero though I have a completed order.

Please give me a solution.

My profile link is available please check and tell me the reason for this.

If the order was paid by a buyer directly to you, such as using Paypal, then your balance would show zero, as it was not paid through seocheckout. It will only show a balance on SC if the buyer used SC to pay for the order, such as by using their own balance.

If buyer order using via balance Your money on the way processing now, as a new seller after 7 days later your money add your balance or if order you via PayPal or any direct payment method kindly check your payment method account balance. if buyer give you any review, check your profile buyer review page you can see it.....If any query, you can contact Seocheckout support team. Hope They will help you. Thanks
