    That's the way it is here now. They charge the fee even if the order is cancelled or not completed. Of course it's not fair, but nobody seems to care anymore.

    That is problem for seller but Seocheckout montion clearly that we charge a 10% selling fee. Service fee charges are non-refundable even if you do not complete the order.
