Updates for February 23rd, 2022

Quick Response Messages
By user request, we have now enabled a feature where users can make custom quick replies. Users can now go to the settings page, under the notification tabs and add a quick response title and message. Once a quick response is made you can go to orders and your inbox and select a quick response by simply pressing a button.

Got problems section
There is now a section on the order page where users can go and get more help with order-related problems. You can find this on a new tab and with FAQs. Updates for February 23rd, 2022

Delete button on saved credit cards
Have you ever wanted to delete a card from a seller that you no longer use? Well, now you can. You can now remove any pre-saved cards in your orders. Just go to an order and click the card of your choice. Once clicked, click the trash can icon. This will remove that saved card from the order.

Sellers changing credit card payment method info
When you change any info on the payment method page this will now remove the pre-saved credit card info from users that have purchased from you. When going to the payment method, there will now be an alert in red that lets you know this change could affect your buyers.

Thanks for updating but there is no way to add more then 300 characters long, so how i can add complete order message,
because it's showing me this Error ? please increase the number of characters or words in the quick reply messages option,

And The other question is we did not get any orders now a days, when you remove lumen PayPal option,
kindly find a way to add PayPal payments method that will help to each buyer and seller,

Own PayPal method is not perfect to add , there is lot's problem with the seller and buyer take risk for direct payments,
I'm waiting only PayPal payments method for purchasing the order.

Also advice to add Paypal for certain category of service that are technically safe.

Thank you for these new features. Really appreciate the efforts of creating a better environment. I would request the authorities to create an android application. It will be very helpful for us to get instant notifications and allow us to response quicker. Thank you.
