I am a Bangladeshi,My country paypal is not legal, which is why we have limited accounts.So please please please... tell me how I can take the payment

It is ture paypal yet not 100% legit in BD. Despite of many of using still and myself including. You have to find the way to occupy on internet. I mean no way to manage one. I say it is manageable.

Its not 100% illegal. Paypal website is getting open in Bangladesh. The persons which are foreigner and have double citizenship: they are using regular as a Bangladeshi. Even they have withdraw facilities also.
Because if you see the worldwide paypal sections: than you will find Bangladesh.
No body can say what is the exact ways for not getting this facilities 100% from Bangladesh.

Several country business section: Bangladesh is available.
Hope at the enar future the 100% facilities on Bangladesh will be open.

If you can not get a Paypal. You can use a marketplace payment method which will cost you 30% fees. That's the solution with no hassle.

Sir i have add paypal but after some orders my paypal permanently limited , the support tell me that your business model is risky ,so i remove the paypal but now when some one want to buy my service as they click on order now it shows error, from your comment , if i use market place payment method , then it shows again and again add your payment method notification and buyer who have balance in account only they can buy my service , as you said if we use market place payment method with 30% commission then can my client buy my service without balance on id through debit /credit card ?

Yes, If you use Marketplace methods your buyer should be able to pay without having a deposit in their accounts. They can use that gateway and directly order your service. And it will deduct 30% and the rest you will get in your account balance.
