Are direct Paypal Payments counted as Affiliate Sales on Seocheckout Affiliate program?

As Seocheckout introduced direct Paypal payments for sellers I would like to know if these transcations are counted as Affiliate Sales on Seocheckout Affiliate program?

I've been working on promoting Seocheckout since 2012 through affiliate sales so I need to know if terms have changed or not.
