Why I am not verified user?

I have verified my email 10 days ago, even I have already uploaded one service.
Then why it is shown? How to become a verified user?
Please help me.

The verification is for your phone number.

So, input to phone number to Seocheckout account, and a code will sent to your smart phone for verification.

Then, type the code on the slot provided.

Hence, the verify will change to YES.

I did it after posting this discussion!
But another problem came.
There in the security section, I have to verify my location.
But there is not any English paper where my address is written. Al off the paper or utility bills r in Bangla.
What should I do?

Contact support and explain that issue. Just tell them that you have no official document in English. Also it should not be necessary to have a document in English if the address shown on your settings matching the document given. Just submit the same document with arrow pointing at the (non-English) address.

But they rejected my document saying that it was not written in English.
