Buyer asked for refund

Hello friends,
one of my order which was 20 days ago ,the buyer accept the order and said me to change the some of the part of the video .I have changed the part and he is happy with the video.
Now after 20 days after the order complete ,he is saying that my partner did not like the video and want me to change whole video, I said him i can only change some parts not whole video,then he asked me to change the whole video or  the refund of money as per my services promise,work until buyer is not satisfied

What can i do now?

don't be fooled, if he accepted the delivery and completed the order, this means he is totally satisfied and your job is done.
you can always contact support to report him.
by the way i like your work .. keep up the good work.

Thank you for the reply, I also checked the buyer review that was also good.
He accept my delivery and gave me the negative review ( You can check my latest review) and said when you will complete the work i will change the review and I have completed the work with 4-5 revision also he said it is good but still he can't change the review.
Now asking for the refund.

I strongly recommend you to report him. support staff may be able to help you with that negative feedback .. as this is harassment , and not what a normal job should be like.

To ensure satisfaction, a buyer will have 5 days to fully review the delivery and if dissatisfied may reject and ask for fix or cancellation. And this is typically what we tell buyers when they contact after an extended period of time to complain about a completed order. Your buyer should have consulted his 'partner' before completing. And I see that even a month after completion he's still asking for edits.
Fight for this, contact support. Demand that your rights be supported.

If he confirmed and approved delivery, 20 days is a little long to wait to complain. Not to mention, you did the work for the client, not the partner. It was the client's responsibility at the time of the purchase to get approval from the partner. As for negative reviews, it is not fair to you to complete the work to satisfaction only to have the client give you a negative review. As suggested before, you should report this individual to customer service. They should help resolve it.
