I have created a service on my service is approved I received mail .but service is not shown in the service tab. Anyone help to solve this problem.

Just being blunt here. I don't know why your service was approved in the first place as there are numerous issues.
Misspellings in title, including Artical
Numerous grammatical errors, misspellings, run on sentences, improper formatting.
You copied the description almost in entirety from Upwork
