What is Meant by Balance Discount While Buying Paid Boosts?

Hello there, I am Ahsan  Ramzan,

I want to know that what is meant by balance discount whilt purchasing paid boosts on seocheckout. When I wanted to get paid boosts, i was redirected to payment page, the boost was of $5 but due to balance discount it minuses $4.40 from the price. It was costing me $5.55. is that means that if i have $5 in my balance, it will only cost me $2.55 processing fee only?

I want answer ASAP.

yes may be its processing fee they diduct from ur earning so form 3$ you can widhraw only 2.40$
