Affiliate Marketing 2.0 - Set up a membership site that links to 3rd party sites with affiliate links

One thing I've been working on lately are membership sites that link to 3rd party platforms with my affiliate URLs.  I will set up a site, have people register, and then they'll gradually funnel out of my site through my affiliate links, and I'll get commissions from each sale.

With most affiliate sites, you will get people on your page, and they will click through to the site you're promoting, and that's the end of it.  With my little membership method, I can now send out newsletters to bring people back in and get them to click more links so I can make more commissions Affiliate Marketing 2.0 - Set up a membership site that links to 3rd party sites with affiliate links

Don't charge people to become members
This may be something obvious, but I have to say it, and you should never charge someone to become a member if you're pushing them to a different site through your affiliate links.  This is because you're going to get more registrations if you don't charge people, you'll get more clicks, and you'll get more commissions coming in since people are more willing to click through.

Automate what you can to save time
One thing I've been working on is an aggregated system that will pull from various job boards and allow me to slap my affiliate link in there.  There are plenty of Wordpress plugins and scripts that will already do this, but they are all pre-coded for specific platforms, and what I need is something a little more custom.  I want to be able to put my affiliate link within the plugin or add it to a script, and it will auto convert any imported page into my own affiliate page.

Think about it; if there was something like this out there, we could all be running super complex affiliate sites (with logins) and having various pages auto-generated and linked with our affiliate links.  This is the one thing I've been working on for a while, and I can't seem to find anything that is already out there, so I may have to pay a programmer to get this done for me Affiliate Marketing 2.0 - Set up a membership site that links to 3rd party sites with affiliate links

Advertise your site through Adwords and Bing Ads
After you've got everything set up and ready to go, you'll be able to advertise your site on Google, Yahoo! and Bing since it's an actual website, and the affiliate links are all behind a login!  Yes, you can now advertise your affiliate website and build your subscribers lists and email out to them once or twice a week to keep them coming back Affiliate Marketing 2.0 - Set up a membership site that links to 3rd party sites with affiliate links

Final Thoughts,
Affiliate marketing is huge, and that's because people can promote a product they don't own and make a commission if their referral makes a purchase.  You can go on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc. and see all sorts of affiliate links being spread around by people looking to make their next commission.  The problem with affiliate marketing is that a lot of platforms want you to advertise something unique, something you own, and with my little trick above you can do just that and start running PPC campaigns to bring people in and clicking through your links in hopes to make your next commission Affiliate Marketing 2.0 - Set up a membership site that links to 3rd party sites with affiliate links
